The salad plates will include portions from each of the following as well as freshly baked bread

Pasta salad with pine nuts, home made pesto, basil, rocket and optional goats cheese

Choose from one of the following hot meals which can be delivered, heated and eaten at your own convenience  

Chilli con carne with rice and sour cream
Vegetarian tagine with savoury cous cous and craime fraiche 
Lamb curry with mushroom rice, naan bread and raita 
Steak and ale pie with mashed potatoes
Slow cooked beef and Mackersons casserole with french beans and baked potatoes

Due to our extensive menus it is hard to list all the options we can provide. Below are some current seasonal dishes
we can do as simple or as complex as desired using all local produce.

Simple suppers
Just like the one pot lunches, A simple supper can be delivered or served it's your choice.  
If you chose to be waited on or can’t wait to eat then, varying dishes can be created to fit your desires.  Examples include

Creamy smoked haddock and spinach risotto with parmesan shavings
Chicken and chorizo lasagne in a  rich tomato and red wine sauce and garlic bread
Hearty venison casserole with new potatoes and seasonal veg
Spiced vegetable biryani with pilau rice
Slow cooked pork belly with baby veg and dauphinoise potatoes
Beef and baby onion stew with horseradish mash
Spanish pork in a tomato and smoked paprika sauce
